Reliable as always
This was my third time using Shade, mainly for their Review and Approval Tools and Team Permissions. Just like my previous experiences, everything worked perfectly. The shared workspaces make collaborating on video projects so much easier. It's consistent, which is why I keep coming back. Never had an issue with uptime or file access, even for larger projects. I did wish the integration with some of my less common project management tools was a bit smoother, but it's a minor point.
Good for teams, could improve sync
I signed up for the Creative Asset Management plan, mostly for the Folder Sync and Version Control features. The overall experience was pretty solid. I found the team permissions to be really granular, which is great for client projects, and the direct link sharing was straightforward. My one gripe is that the desktop app sometimes took a while to fully sync very large folders, even with a fast connection. It usually caught up, but it wasn't always instant. Still, it's a robust platform, especially for the collaborative review tools.
